I had the privilege of working with Talia several years ago during her time as an outpatient nurse at St. John’s Health in Jackson, Wyoming. As an anesthesiologist at St. John’s, I had many opportunities to observe her work and patient interactions. Talia distinguished herself by her compassion, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent nursing skills. She consistently provided thoughtful, attentive care and had a natural ability to reassure patients and their families during times of stress. These qualities made her a trusted and respected member of the care team. Talia worked in our OPS suite in Jackson Wyoming. She was responsible for getting patients ready for their procedures and helping them afterwards. She has a very easy approach with patients, displaying compassion even with the most difficult and frustrated patients. She worked diligently taking on the COVID testing aspect, which was the most demanding part of a very difficult process during the pandemic.
